02/24/2011: On Thursday, in Tall 'Afar, Ninawa, Iraq, unknown assailants detonated a sticky improvised explosive device attached to the car of Lieutenant Hussein Mohammad Saleh, an officer of the National Affairs Department. Saleh was killed in the blast. The amount of damage from the attack is unknown. No group claimed responsibility.
