02/17/2011: On Thursday, in Tilaiya Khurd village in Gaya, Bihar, India, unidentified militants planted an improvised explosive device and attempted to bomb a middle school building. However, the device failed to explode, causing no casualties or damages. No group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) militants were responsible.
