Incident Summary:

02/09/2011: On Wednesday, in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, unidentified militants planted an improvised explosive device in a donkey cart and parked it near a cattle market in Qazi Pull. The subsequent blast killed the owner of the cart and the donkey, and wounded an unspecified number of people in the blast. Three kilograms of explosives were used in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
