01/28/2011: On Friday, near Khunera in Raj Nandgaon, Chhattisgarh, India, unidentified militants opened fire on a joint party of Chhattisgarh Armed Forces and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), killing one trooper of the ITBP, identified as Bhoop Singh. No group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoist militants were responsible.
