Incident Summary:

12/15/2010: On Wednesday morning around 1130, in Bangued, Abra, Philippines, two unidentified militants shot and killed Macray village chief, identified as Bong Molina. A village treasurer, Joseph Barabero, was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for this incident. Follow-up operations led to the arrest of one of the suspects Reggie Timbreza, while another suspect identified as Rodil Pilor remains at large.
