Incident Summary:

12/03/2010: On Friday afternoon at 1235, in Dzhnkhatyeka village, Elbruss, Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, a Ural truck transporting military servicemen was targeted with a roadside improvised explosive device (IED) by unknown militants. The IED was planted alongside the Baksan-Azau highway and disguised as a log. Two servicemen on board the truck were injured in the blast and the truck was damaged. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
