Incident Summary:

11/27/2010: On Saturday night, in the Dukulpadu area in Brahmanigaon, Kandhamal, Orissa, India, unidentified militants detonated an improvised explosive device targeting an ambulance. Five civilians, including two women and a three year old child, were killed in the blast. No damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoist militants were responsible.
