11/25/2010: On Thursday night, in the Kayakentskiy district of Dagestan, Russia, the head of the Kayakentskiy District Interior Directorate was slightly concussed when unidentified militants threw a grenade at his vehicle. The official was taken to the hospital with minor, non-life threatening injuries. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. The amount of property damage is unknown.
