Incident Summary:

11/20/2010: On Saturday morning at dawn, in the rural area of Campo Dos outside Tibu, Norte de Santander, Colombia, in one of four related attacks targeting public infrastructure, assailants blew up an electricity tower and seriously damaged another. The blast resulted in no casualties but left several localities surrounding Catatumbo without electricity. No group claimed responsibility but authorities suspected the 33rd Front of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) was responsible for the attack.
