11/15/2010: On Monday, in MV-105 village in Malkangiri, Odisha, India, 25 armed Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) cadres slit the throat of a class IV government employee, identified as Dama Madkami. A Maoist poster recovered from the incident site claimed that the victim was a suspected police informer.
