Incident Summary:

11/03/2010: On Wednesday afternoon, near Verkhniy Baksan in Elbrus, Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, unidentified assailants detonated a roadside improvised explosive device on the Azau-to-Prokhladniy highway, targeting a KAMAZ truck transporting OMON policemen. A Baksan woman who was passing in her car was seriously wounded, but none of the policemen were harmed in the bombing. No damage was reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
