Incident Summary:

11/02/2010: On Tuesday, in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, a portion of rail track was damaged when unidentified militants detonated an improvised explosive device, wounding four people. Another bomb was found and defused be security forces at the scene. A two-page pamphlet issued by Sindho Desh Liberation Army (SDLA) ‘chief commander’ Darya Khan was found on the spot. The pamphlet enlisted 19 points, mentioning issues of Sindh and targeting what it called Punjabi imperialism.
