Incident Summary:

10/26/2010: On Tuesday evening around 1900, between Barangays Ilaya and Mapili, Balud, Masbate, Philippines, two unidentified men shot and killed a town councilor, identified as Ronald Ariola. The councilor was a part of a group transporting ballot boxes. The militants used M16 rifles for the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
