10/25/2010: On Monday, near the Alwiya Hospital in the Doura neighborhood of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq, three civilians and an employee of the Iraqi Directorate of Nationality and Civil Affairs were wounded when an improvised explosive device planted in the vehicle of the government employee was detonated. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
