10/22/2010: On Friday, in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, India, unidentified militants kidnapped a Special Police Officer, identified as Irpa Dinesh. On 10/31/2010, the militants strangled Dinesh to death. No group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) militants were responsible.
