10/18/2010: On Monday, in the Doura neighborhood of Baghdad city, Baghdad province, Iraq, a sticky improvised explosive device attached to a car carrying an employee of the Oil Ministry detonated. The blast killed the employee, injured another civilian and damaged the car. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
