09/28/2010: On Tuesday night, in the al-Chlam area, Samarra, Salah ad Din, Iraq, assailants stormed the residence of a senior police official and fired upon him, killing the police official and damaging the residence. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities believed the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) was responsible.
