Incident Summary:
09/26/2010: On Sunday, in the Halabsa area Al Karmah, Al Anbar, Iraq, a suicide bomber detonated his vehicle born improvised explosive device targeting the motorcade of the chief of police, Lieutenant Colonel Salam al Halbusi. Al Halbusi was killed, three of his security guards, one policeman, and a civilian were wounded, and his vehicle was damaged. No group claimed responsibility.
