Incident Summary:

09/19/2010: On Sunday morning at about 1015, in Adan Square in the Al Kazimiyah district of Baghdad, Iraq, assailants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device targeting a National Security Ministry building, killing 21 civilians including one child, wounding 70 civilians, and damaged the ministry, four vehicles, and several buildings. The Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) claimed responsibility.
