09/18/2010: On Saturday at 0800, in Jalalabad, Nangarhar, Afghanistan, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device at a polling center near Nangarhar University. No casualties or damage was reported during this bombing. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
