09/18/2010: On Saturday, in Rezan, Tulak, Ghowr, Afghanistan, unidentified assailants attacked a polling center by unknown means, damaging the polling center but causing no casualties. The assailants then stole election material from the center. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
