Incident Summary:

09/18/2010: On Saturday, in Waghaz, Ghazni, Afghanistan, unidentified assailants fired a rocket which hit a residence near the U.S. embassy and the headquarters of NATO-led forces, killing two civilians, injuring three children, and damaging the residence. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible as they have vowed to disrupt polling throughout the country.
