09/17/2010: On Friday night around 0100, in Nalchik, Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, unknown militants detonated a radio controlled improvised explosive device next to the Eternal Flame (“Vechniy ogon”) memorial in Nalchik's city park, damaging the memorial but causing no casualties. No group claimed responsibility.
