09/16/2010: On Thursday, in Ba'quba, Diyala, Iraq, three civilians, including two females, were wounded when an improvised explosive device attached to a vehicle by unidentified militants, was detonated. The vehicle was also damaged in the blast. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
