Incident Summary:

09/15/2010: On Wednesday, in the al-Haswa district, Fallujah, Al Anbar, Iraq, unknown assailants detonated an improvised explosive device, TNT, and C4 explosives inside the house of a civilian. One civilian was killed, two women, and two children were wounded. The home and several other nearby homes were damaged in the blast. No group claimed responsibility.
