09/14/2010: On Tuesday, in the Dawlatabad district of Balkh, Afghanistan, assailants fired on the vehicle of two political campaign workers working for Abas Ibrahimzada, wounding both workers and damaging the vehicle. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
