09/14/2010: On Tuesday, from a house in Banaladhipa village in Sundargarh, Orissa, India, unidentified militants kidnapped and later killed a civilian, identified as Rajesh Lugun. No group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that cadres of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) were responsible.
