07/16/2010: On Friday night, in Patahi, Pakridayal, East Champaran, Bihar, India, over 50 unidentified armed militants blew up Sinheshwar Seminari High School using cane bombs. The structure of the school was partially damaged. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility for this incident, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoists (CPI-M) were responsible.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
