Incident Summary:

07/15/2010: On Thursday morning at 0500, in an unknown location of Dagestan, Russia, unidentified militants placed an improvised explosive device at a crossing on the Tarki-Manas section of the North Caucasus railway and detonated it when an armored train equipped for bomb detection went over the device. The train derailed when a locomotive and two wagons filled with sand exploded, destroying them. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
