07/13/2010: On Tuesday, in Khalis, Baghdad, Iraq, at least three people were killed and seven others were injured during a demonstration to demand stiff penalties for the perpetrators of anti-Shiite attacks in the city. The booby-trapped explosive device was placed in a mock coffin when it detonated. No damages were reported and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
