Incident Summary:

07/05/2010: On Monday morning, in Goithi, Saptari, Nepal, a powerful explosion detonated at a Village Development Committee office, injuring two people and slightly damaging the office. The victims were identified as Khagari Mahato, 30, and Indrajit Mahato, 18. No group claimed responsibility for this incident, but police suspect that one of the many Terai militant groups is responsible.
