Incident Summary:

07/04/2010: On Sunday morning, in Nepalgunj, Banke, Nepal, three unidentified militants planted a socket bomb which detonated at the Nepalgunj municipality building. The walls of the building were partially damaged and window panes were shattered. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility for this incident.
