Incident Summary:
06/23/2010: On Wednesday morning at 0935, in Ghazni, Ghazni, Afghanistan, in one of two related attacks, unidentified assailants fired a rocket at the National Directorate of Security (NDS) government office, damaging one NDS vehicle but causing no casualties. A second rocket was fired at the Rural Rehabilitation and Development government office. The window-panes of nearby houses were also shattered in the attacks. No group claimed responsibility.

The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
