05/19/2010: On Wednesday, in the Rahmat Abad area of Sholgara, Balkh, Afghanistan, unidentified militants opened fire on the vehicle of a former senator, tribal and influential figure, Hajji Mohammad Ebrahim Khan, and killed him. Taliban Spokesman Zabihollah Mojahed claimed responsibility for killing Hajji Mohammad Ebrahim and told AIP that he was killed during the Al-Fath (Conquest) Operations launched by the Taliban.
