05/19/2010: On Wednesday morning around 0930, in the Nalchik district of Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, an improvised explosive device placed by unknown assailants exploded at a police station, damaging the station and a nearby school, but causing no casualties. Only walls and windows in nearby buildings were damaged. No group claimed responsibility.
