Incident Summary:

05/11/2010: On Tuesday night at 0430, in Bagang Pook, Quiling village, Talisay, Batangay, Luzon, Calabarzon, Philippines, unknown militants fired upon the house of a mayoral candidate. The candidate's nephew, Zenaida Mendoza (19), was killed and the house was damaged as a result of the attack. No group claimed responsibility, but authorities believed that a rival political party was responsible.
