Incident Summary:

05/08/2010: On Saturday, on the Sharan-Urgun Highway in Sar Howzeh District, Paktika province, Afghanistan, a civilian was killed by Taliban militants. The Taliban claimed responsibility for this attack when a regional commander called Pajhwok Afghan News stating they killed him because he was accused of collaborating with coalition forces.
