Incident Summary:

05/08/2010: On Saturday afternoon at 1530, in Cadoldolan, Miag-ao, Iloilo, Philippines, approximately 20 heavily armed militants burned down a Cadoldolan Elementary School building housing five precinct count optical scan (PCOS) voting machines. There were no casualties reported. No group claimed responsibility for the attack but New People's Army (NPA) is suspected, however, they released a statement denying any involvement in the attacks.
