Incident Summary:

04/18/2010: On Sunday, in the al Qibla neighborhood of Basra, Al Basrah, Iraq, armed men threw an improvised explosive device at the home of Hatim Hussein Beden, head of the Tribal Support Council in Basra. The explosion killed Beden's wife, and seriously injured him and his son. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
