Incident Summary:

04/16/2010: On Friday evening, in Baidoa, Bay, Somalia, militants detained Mr. Alin Hilowle, the executive director of Isha Human Rights Organization, from his home and took a computer and other devices used to store documents; no casualties were reported. He was believed to have then been moved to Mogadishu. No group has claimed responsibility, but the militant group Al-Shabaab was thought responsible for the attack. The status of the hostage is unknown.
