Incident Summary:

04/13/2010: On Tuesday evening at 2030, near Basilan National High School in Barangay Eastside in Isabela, Basilan, Philippines, 25 suspected members of the Abu Sayyaf extremist group disguised in police and military uniforms detonated an improvised explosive device planted in a Hyundai Starex van parked at the track and field oval, allegedly targeting a government building, leaving two civilians and one militant dead. No group claimed responsibility but Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) was suspected.
