Incident Summary:

04/08/2010: On Thursday evening at 2000, in the old Barangay Hall of San Antonio village in Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines, assailants placed an explosive in a plastic bag and placed the bag in a telephone booth. PVC pipe and a suspected timing device were found at the site of the explosion. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
