Incident Summary:

03/28/2010: On Sunday morning at about 0700, in Al Qa'im, Al Anbar, Iraq, assailants detonated an improvised explosive devices at the home of a local Sahwa Council leader, damaging the home, which was under construction. As civilians gathered around the house, at least four other IEDs hidden in garbage cans exploded. Between three and six civilians were killed. Between 15 and 28 civilians were wounded. The Islamic State of Iraq claimed responsibility.
