Incident Summary:

03/14/2010: On Sunday afternoon at 1430, near Khasavyurt, Dagestan, Russia, three security guards of the Chernomorsktransneft energy company were wounded when unidentified militants detonated an improvised explosive device targeting their vehicle as it was driving on the Khasavyurt-to-Babayurt highway. The vehicle was damaged by the explosion. No group claimed responsibility.
