12/25/2009: On Friday afternoon, a roadside improvised explosive device (IED) targeted pilgrims on their way to Karbala, in al Nasr neighborhood on the old route to Ba'quba, east of Baghdad, Iraq. Three civilians were killed and 20 were injured. No monetary damage was reported. No group claimed responsibility.
