Incident Summary:

12/14/2009: On Monday afternoon at 1555, in Barahom subdistrict in Muang, Pattani, Thailand, armed assailants fired upon and killed a Muslim civilian in front of a barber shop. The victim was a former village defense volunteer. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed Muslim separatists were responsible.
