12/08/2009: On Tuesday at about 1000, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded when it was struck by a vehicle in the village of Charghark, Tarin Kowt, Oruzgan, Afghanistan. Two civilians were killed and three others were injured. The vehicle was damaged. No group claimed responsibility.
