11/26/2009: On Thursday afternoon, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) bureau official, Raheem Agha Bakhtiyar, who ran in Saadiya, Khanaqin district, was killed when an improvised explosive device went off in front of his house in Sa diyah, northeast of Ba'quba, Iraq. No damage was reported. No group claimed responsibility.
