11/11/2009: On Wednesday night, in Garoowe, Nugaal, Somalia, armed assailants fired upon and killed Ibrahim Ali Dood a member of the Puntland parliament as he was leaving a restaurant. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed that al-Shabaab al-Islamiya was responsible.
