11/07/2009: On Saturday, near Asharambari village, in West Tripura, Tripura, Bangladesh, assailants fired upon a farmer, Dinu Telenga, who had crossed the India-Bangladesh border to tend his fields, killing him. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) was responsible.
